Yggdrasil (German: Yggdrasil; Spanish: Yggdrasil; French: Yggdrasil; Japanese: ユグドラシル; Russian: Иггдрасиль; Turkish: Yggdrasil) is the fifth entry for Third Heroic. Yggdrasil is a Heroic Dragon with the primary typing of Nature. Yggdrasil can also learn Primal, Light, and Sea moves.
Description[]
Heroic Dragons evolve to their young stage at level 10 and become adults at level 20.
As the God of nature, this majestic creature is so powerful that vegetation grows wherever he steps and he can make any plant grow at will. With the Fae Dragons under his wing, he will stop at nothing to protect the beloved forests.
Appearance[]
Egg[]
A vibrant green egg infused with swirling yellow markings that resemble ancient runes. Its shell looks almost alive, as if roots and leaves are slowly shifting beneath the surface. A faint, warm glow pulses from within, hinting at the powerful life force of the world-tree dragon waiting to hatch.
Baby[]
It looks like a tiny forest spirit brought to life. With bright green scales, budding leaf patterns, and oversized antler nubs, it radiates natural energy. Despite its small size, glowing emerald lines along its body reveal its deep connection to the ancient magic of nature.
Young[]
Its horns lengthen and curve like branches of an ancient tree. Its wings expand into broad, leaf-patterned fronds glowing with natural magic. The young dragon walks with new confidence, leaving trails of green energy wherever it steps, as if spreading life itself.
Adult[]
A majestic guardian of nature. Towering antlers resemble ancient, twisting branches, and its wings bloom with vibrant green patterns echoing the world tree’s canopy. Its presence radiates life, balance, and ancient wisdom—every movement releasing bursts of nature magic that rejuvenate the land around it.

- Yggdrasil is the first heroic dragon without High at the beginning of its name, second being Raven Dragon and third being Herald Dragon.
- Yggdrasil and High Purus The Strategist are the few dragons that do not have Dragon at the end of its name.
- Yggdrasil is the twenty-fifth heroic dragon.
- Yggdrasil is an immense and central sacred tree in Norse cosmology.
- This is referenced in Dragon City too, as when Yggdrasil gets powered again in the last part of Race for the Dragonverse and nature blooms again, a tree grows in the center of the first island.
