Release Status
The Tesla Dragon is currently semi-released. There a single mention of it in advertisements of it in Dragon City Page. "EXCLUSIVE limited time pre-sale offer of the Tesla Dragon! Get it at discounted price in the next 35 hours". For this reason, it is reasonable to say it MAY be released.

Policy
Currently, the policy for unreleased content is under development. Wiki precedent is to not publish unreleased content. In accordance with said precedent, any user who uploads images or statistical data of the Tesla Dragon taken from either Social Point's database or via Hacked content will receive a 3 day ban without warning. Repeat offenders will receive more severe penalties.
