Sea Dragon (German: Meer-Drache; Spanish: Dragón mar; French: Dragon Marée; Japanese: オーシャン; Russian: Дракон Моря; Turkish: Deniz Ejderhası) is the fifth entry for New Beginnings. Sea Dragon is a Common Dragon with the primary typing of Sea.

Description

If you're into watersports, the Sea Dragon will be your new best friend! Sea Dragons have often been mistaken for seals or dolphins.

Appearance

Egg

The Sea Dragon's Egg is a blue egg with several transparent marine spots. Two aquamarine curved lines are shown on the middle of the egg.

New Appearance

Baby

The Baby Sea Dragon is a small azure dragon with underdeveloped dorsal fins with that lighter shade of aquamarine-colored webbings, as well as tiny flippers and fish-like tail.

Young

The Young Sea Dragon's body is much longer compares to the Baby's. Its dorsal fin now extends to its neck (and some of its tail), and two light spots can be seen on its back.

Adult

The Adult Sea Dragon now has a more pronounced head shape with barbels near the mouth. It has more spots, its flippers have the webbing its old design's Baby and Young Forms had, and the dorsal fin and tail fin have also gotten larger.

Adult

Adult Sea Dragon has a more complex head shape. The dorsal fin and tail fin can be seen larger.

Historical

Sea Dragon was originally named "Water Dragon".

Trivia

  • The Sea Dragon greatly resembles the Loch Ness Monster, Crusoe, from the movie The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep.
  • The Sea Dragon was previously known as Water Dragon, and was renamed, alongside the Earth (to Terra), Fire (to Flame) and Plant (to Nature), on 14 Dec 2012.
  • The Sea Dragon produces the least Gold per minute among all Dragons (3 at Level 1 + 2 for every Level it advances). It would take 1 week for a Level 1 Sea Dragon to fill up a Sea Habitat Level 2 to its maximum Gold capacity.
  • Sea Dragons, while in the Ultra Breeding Tree, would sometimes remain idle in the small lake, unlike most other Dragons that would stand and walk on the top of the tree.
  • Along with the Flaming Rock Dragon, the Sea Dragon was redesigned in late March 2023.
