Guard is an attack exclusive to the Guard Guild family that is a different element depending on the dragon. It can be a Light, Beauty, Primal or War attack.

Similar to Bunker, Guard is a combination of dealing damage and damage reduction. It first deals damage, then places a barrier that reduces damage dealt to the caster's team by 25% (or more, or less, depending on the attack effectiveness) for three turns. The enemies' attacks deal 25% less damage if they deal a neutral hit, and even less if they deal a critical hit. It is useful while using this ability even if you want to deal a critical hit or not. However, it deals less damage than most normal attacks.
Once used, you have to wait 3 turns before you can use this move again.
Note[]
- This move can be copied by the Imitator (Dragon who can copy the last opponent's move are Frostling Dragon, Iced Sea Dragon and Greedy Vampire Dragon).
- Guard will also sometimes cause the Karma dragon to dodge the attack, although it will still deal reduced damage even when "Karma Revenge" is activated.
- It cannot be combined with other damage reduction moves (e.g. Bunker).
Trivia[]
- The Guard Guild Dragons can relearn this skill move if it had been previously overwritten with another move through training.
