- This Dragon was previously called "Monstruous Dragon".
- The Monstrous Dragon shares the same Elements and appearance as the Musu Monster in the Social Point game Monster Legends.
- In fact, the Monstrous Dragon was briefly offered to Dragon City players as an incentive to install and play Monster Legends, being a free gift after reaching level 10 in that game. However, it was later removed due to some glitches.
- September 2013, the Monstrous Dragon was reported to have been released globally.[citation needed]
