The Butterfly Dragon was previously available as a Special Release Dragon, obtainable through reaching Level 20 in another Social Point game, Social Empires.
It was made breedable on 18 Feb 2014 as part of the Sky Master Collection in the Dragon Book Update.
The Butterfly Dragon shares the same metamorphosis process as normal butterflies as it starts out as a Dragon-caterpillar at its infant stage, except that it skips the Pupa stage.
